No Refund Policy – Clinic Easy Med

Thank you for choosing Clinic Easy Med. To ensure fairness, efficiency, and proper scheduling for all patients, we enforce a strict No Refund Policy for appointment bookings.
All Payments Are Final
All appointment fees, reservation fees, and service payments made through our system are non-refundable, regardless of circumstances.
Missed Appointments
Patients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment (“no-show”) will not be eligible for any refund or credit.
Late Arrivals
Patients arriving late may have their appointment shortened or rescheduled at the clinic’s discretion. No refunds will be issued for shortened or missed sessions due to late arrival.
Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling may be allowed only if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Requests made after this period will be treated as a missed appointment and are non-refundable.
Cancellation by Clinic
If the clinic must cancel an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, patients will be offered a free reschedule or a service credit (if applicable). Refunds will only be considered if required by law.

By booking an appointment through Clinic Easy Med, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this No Refund Policy.
